It was five years ago this month that Carol and Steve took the leap and bought EXIT Realty PEI. Since that time, they’ve grown the business from 16 agents to 36. They continue to grow every year and are always looking for dedicated people to add to their team. Their staff also grew from one person to four full-time team members and one part-time member. They’ve built a 6000 square foot office building in 2019 and made their mark in the real estate industry on PEI. Carol and Steve put a strong focus on training so their agents will be confident and competent in this competitive market. They have given back to their community each year by supporting local organizations both financially and with their time. Their long term vision is to grow their team bigger, service more clients, and continue to offer real estate services in professional and innovative ways.
