Akins Akinsola moved to Canada in May 2012, arriving on PEI with an open work permit. He obtained his post graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law, Policies and Procedures and is currently working as a freelance representative with Global Bridge Immigration Incorporation here on the Island.

Akins is proud member of the board of directors for the Nigerian Canadian Association of PEI (NCAP).
