Ian MacPhail

Growing up in a construction business based family, Ian was privy to first-hand construction, subcontracting and renovating homes in the development of Cornwall.

As a young adult, Ian also built his own 2500 square foot split entry home without the assistance of contractors allowing his first-hand knowledge of the items homeowners face. He also acquired skills in offering practical guidance as a self-employed painter, during studies at UPEI and just prior to completing studies in Property Mapping at the Land Survey Institute in Nova Scotia.

After a few rewarding years with the survey company, Ian was offered the position in the development of Atlantic Canada’s top growing Toyota dealership giving him a strong foundation in a service orientated business resulting in the position of General Manager until the successful sale of ownership.

These experiences further launched him into a successful ownership and management position in the foodservice industry. As a result of his ongoing food fundraising partnership with large Elementary Schools and the promotion of servicing a winter recreation with the PEI Provincial Ski Park, Ian is proud to be part of a strong network of community and business professionals.

All these opportunities combined allowing Ian to bring a solid understanding of what customers require in purchasing or selling land, business property or residential dwellings.
