James Beaton

James is a born and raised Islander and calls the coastal community of Goose River home. Coming from a family of carpenters and fishers, James appreciates hard work, honesty, and integrity. In his spare time James loves to be out in nature, whether it’s on a beach, in the woods, or floating on a boat. James’ other passions includes sports (especially golf), music, and having a game of fetch with his loyal dog, Johnny Cash.

James loves this sandbar we call PEI. It was the focal point of his studies at UPEI where he was in the Island Studies and Environmental Studies programs. James is eager to help you find or sell you’re slice of paradise here on the Island.
