In 2009, Jen immigrated to Canada and embarked on her diversified career journey. Her first job on the Island was with Charlottetown Chamber of Commerce working on the PEI Connectors Program, where she served as a Program Officer for new immigrants, making significant contributions to their acceptance and integration. In the process, she sharpened her communication skills and honed her ability to understand and adapt to diverse cultures.

Later, she worked in the financial department at Arsenault Best Cameron Ellis – ABCE Accounting Firm, where she further developed her professional skills and business acumen. Her financial expertise provided a strong foundation for her management role, enabling her to effectively navigate complex economic environments.

Since February 2018, she has been serving as the General Manager at Flourish Development Group, taking full responsibility for the company’s operational management. Jen deeply understands and participates in various industry chains such as real estate development, construction projects, and property management. In her role, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovative thinking, steering the company towards success and growth.
