I would like to take this opportunity to say how much we appreciated the help and assistance we received from Karen MacMillan of EXIT Realty in our move from Quebec to P.E.I. Not only in the negotiation for the purchase of our house in P.E.I. but also the support she gave us. Our move became more stressful when the moving company that handled our furniture advised us they would be 2 days late in arriving which put us in the awkward situation having to start our 2-week quarantine without furniture and food. At that point we did not know what to do. That is when Karen stepped in to save the day. She contacted family members close to where we were and they dropped off an inflatable mattress as well as pots and pans. They also contacted the local Co-op to deliver food to us so we could get through the quarantine period. These kinds of actions go above and beyond the responsibility of a real-estate agent.
