Shane McGuigan

Shane made a decision in 2012 to follow his dreams and turn his passion for building, renovating and selling homes to its best use.

Over the past 10 years, Shane and his wife Pam, have built and sold six family homes, renovated three homes, purchased land, and are currently in the process of developing land of their own for senior-friendly housing.

Shane is very familiar with the ups and downs that come with selling a property, purchasing property, developing land, dealing with building permits, and working with town and provincial planners.

Shane knows the purchase or sale of property can be a stressful and emotional time in one’s life. That is why he takes great pride in getting to know his client’s needs and wants to ensure he provides them with the best quality service they deserve to help ease the stress.

Shane was named Rookie of the Year in 2013 and is currently a Town Councilor in the Town of Cornwall.
