Steve has been licensed since 2000, successfully representing over six hundred sellers and over five hundred buyers in that time. In 2015 Steve purchased EXIT Realty PEI with his wife and business partner Carol O’Hanley who manages their growing operations.

Steve is a master at focused execution and is passionate about constant training, learning, and development both personally and professionally. He expects a lot of himself and every person associated with EXIT Realty PEI.
