James is a born and raised Islander from the community of Goose River. He grew up in a household of carpenters and fisherman, appreciating hard work, honesty, and integrity and wants to make those traits work for you.
LINDA DUAN
Linda moved to PEI in 2017 and has since been busy working to become a real estate salesperson on top of establishing her own heat pump business. Linda has a background in management with a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing.

Nina is a graphic, decoration, and clothing designer. She enjoys travelling, hiking, reading, and collecting antiques. She looks forward to helping you with your real estate journey.
PAM MCGUIGAN
Pam is embarking on a new professional adventure after a 34-year career in post-secondary education. Teaming up with her husband, Shane, together they have thirty years experience in buying and selling properties, as well as interior and exterior design, new home builds, renovations, rental properties, and property management.
LEXI MCLEOD
Lexi was born on PEI and spent time living in NFLD and NWT before resettling in Georgetown Royalty in 2011. Lexi has spent the last 5 years as a dedicated stay at home mom but is eager to dive back into the working world as a REALTOR®. Lexi is outgoing, positive, and her very social personality is bound to pave a road to success within the real estate industry.
ADAM O’DONNELL
Adam has been part of the service industry for more than a decade and understands that sales are more about creating long-lasting relationships than making a quick sale. He joins us with 8 years of real estate experience and now looks forward to serving you with EXIT Realty PEI!
MARSHA WEEKS
Marsha was born and raised on PEI and grew up on the family farm. Marsha is also a wedding officiant, so helping people celebrate important moments made becoming a REALTOR® feel natural. She understands the confidence and trust required of a REALTOR® and looks forward to helping her clients achieve their next big milestone.
CECILIA WILLIAMS
Cecilia moved to PEI from Ontario in 2015 and has a degree in Bio Resource Management from the University of Guelph. A family background of home renovations, construction, and real estate appraisals helped to develop her interest in the real estate industry. Cecilia began her real estate career in 2018 with another brokerage in Charlottetown before settling on EXIT Realty PEI.
