Seller Closing Checklist
- Ensure the property is left clean and free of debris
- Check your contract and ensure everything that was sold with the property is left on site
- Ensure there are no vehicles, personal items, garbage, dumpsters etc. left on, or in, the property on closing day
- Ensure your lawyer has a key for closing
- Ensure all remaining keys, garage door openers etc. are left at the property or with your lawyer
